Fit, Strong, Lean is a 6 week specialised personal training programme. This expertly developed training programme is tailored to help you achieve your health, fitness and weight loss goals so you can finally feel fit, strong and lean. 


At Benn Hamilton Fitness we know that you are unique, as are your health and body goals. As a result, the steps you need to follow are not the same as the next person. To create long lasting meaningful results, you need a programme which is customised to your body and a trainer who can coach you through the process. That's why we created the Fit | Strong | Lean an 6 Week bespoke personal training programme which will be custom created to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

John came to us in October 2019, looking to lose body fat and gain strength. John had been going to the gym for several years with friends, however, he felt that his progress was slow and motivation levels were dropping.

Welcome to Benn Hamilton Fitness, I'm Benn the owner and head trainer.

 

I've been working in the fitness industry now for over 5 years and specialise in creating customised personal training programmes. You'll find my approach is different to what you're used to.  I help real people, achieve amazing transformational results. 

 

I created Fit, Strong, Lean as a 6 week body transformation programme to help my clients achieve the body, health and fitness  they could be  proud of no matter what their starting position. If you are ready for a change and are ready to get results then this programme is for you. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

As part of the 6 week programme you will take part in regular personal training session at the Benn Hamilton Fitness private personal training studio. We know what it takes to get results. We like to take a 360 approach when working with clients, meaning that we do not just offer an exercise programme and nutritional advice and  just hope for the best.

 

As part of this programme we will be taking into consideration all the factors which could affect your results,  from stress levels, sleep to hormones and digestion. From years of experience we know that in order to achieve fantastic results it's not just about exercising more and eating less. It's about being educated on what it takes to achieve your goals. This way when you do achieve results you'll know exactly how to maintain them.

TRAINING
SESSIONS

As part of the Fit, Strong, Lean 6 Week Programme,  you will take part in 2 or 3 personal training sessions per week (depending on your package) for 6 weeks. These have been developed by our head trainer Benn Hamilton to help you get fit, strong and lean.  This is a completely customised training programme created specifically to you and your unique health and body goals. We aim for you lose up to 6 kilogram in 6 weeks.

FUEL YOUR BODY

Just like training, believe when it comes to nutrition it is not a one size fits all.  At Benn Hamilton Fitness, we are massive on educating and supporting clients on nutrition to achieve phenomenal results, this is one of the main reasons we produce the results we do. 

 

Every client that comes into to Benn Hamilton Fitness needs are different and we have the knowledge and experience to accommodate all.

 

As part of the 12-week programme Benn will help you develop a nutritional strategy which will work for you. Taking into consideration your health and fitness goals, your training demands and your lifestyle help you create a plan which will be achievable and enjoyable.

TRACK YOUR RESULTS

As we are a results focused service, we must ensure clients are progressing on a weekly basis. We love nothing more than when clients tell us how they are feeling better in their clothes and receiving compliments from others on their progress, however, we also like to see it in black in white.

 

Throughout the 6 week programme we will help you track your results. We do not believe solely on what the scales say, we like to take a more visual approach.

 

We want to help you get results and by monitoring your progress we can ensure you are following the right approach as you go.

FORTNIGHTLY

TRACKING


Throughout Fit, Strong, Lean we will help you track your results. Every two weeks we take measurements and photos to ensure you're heading toward your goals. This way we can make sure you are taking the right steps to achieve your goals and if needed we can help you adjust and refine the programme as needed.
